Pricing Policy
NEA reserves the right to revise any software or publication shown and change prices without notice and without incurring obligation. Member prices stated are only for NEA members.
Shipping Policy
Guaranteed delivery of all in-stock materials within two weeks after receipt of order. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. If the shipping address is a PO Box, the order will be shipped by U.S. mail.
Return Policy
Returns and adjustments are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if returned in the original packaging and with all components intact.
Please include a copy of the packing slip; a letter stating why you are returning your purchase; and, what adjustment you desire. Reimbursement is limited to the publication or software cost only as shown herein. We will do everything possible to process your return promptly. Failure to provide the requested information may cause a delay. Send returns to:
